I got this Satechi charger for my desk i was a little worried I’d get fooled by another charger that claims to be fast but isn’t. So far though, it’s been solid. My phone and iPad both charge quicker than they did with my old plug, and it doesn’t get weirdly hot while it’s working. I’ve been using it every day for a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues.

It feels really well-made. The build is sturdy and doesn’t have that cheap plastic feel at all. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience using it so far

I ordered from satechi.net and the item did show up fine, so no real issues there. Shipping just took a bit longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, so I was kind of wondering if it was even moving or... Anyway, the product was packed okay and nothing was damaged. Not a bad experience, just average overall. I’d maybe order again, but probably only if I’m not in a hurry.

I did end up getting my exchange sorted out, so I can’t really complain too much. From my experience, though, the replies took a few days, and I found the instructions a little unclear at first. It worked out in the end, but I wish the process had been quicker and easier to follow.

After dealing with so many things that don’t match the listing, it was kind of a relief that this one was just straightforward. No surprises, works well, and I didn’t have to contact anyone or jump through hoops.

Ordered a couple cables from Satechi and tbh, they feel nicer than a lot of the ones I’ve used before.
The connectors actually fit snug, not loose or wobbly, and the cable feels thick without being a total pain to bend around my desk setup. No random charging drops so far either, which is def a plus.
Shipping was totally fine too. Nothing super dramatic to report lol, just solid cables that work like they’re supposed to...

The only thing is, I did feel like the price was a little on the high side for what it is. I also had to reach out to support, and they did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, it’s an okay purchase, just not something I’d call amazing.

I picked up this Satechi hub for my MacBook Air because I was tired of having dongles all over the place. I’m really glad I gave it a try because it’s made my setup feel so much cleaner.

So far, it’s worked without any hassle with my iPad Pro, work monitor, USB mouse, SD card, and even an older external drive I still use. I didn’t have to mess around with settings or troubleshoot anything, which I definitely appreciate, I just plugged things in and they showed up.

The only small thing I’ve noticed is that it gets a little warm after being used for a while, but it hasn’t been anything concerning. Overall, I’m thankful to have one hub that actually works across the devices I switch between every day.

I’ve been using this for my laptop and the power delivery seems to work really well. It charges quicker than I expected, and I’m guessing it’s probably pushing close to the higher wattage my laptop can take, though I haven’t actually tested that. Either way, it gets the job done without any issues so far.

It does the job with my Apple stuff, so that part’s nice. Setup was kinda fiddly though, had to poke around a bit before it all worked right.

This looks really nice on my desk and gives everything a cleaner vibe (which I definitely appreciate). My only small gripe is that I wish the colors matched a little better, but overall I’m happy with it.

I don’t know why people make such a big deal about needing a million adapters, but this has the right ports for my setup and it’s been working fine for me. I plugged everything in, it did what it was supposed to do, and now my desk setup is way less annoying. No complaints here.
